How To Write A Sga Application Essay
Hello fellow Warhawks, I am Justin Hu. I am very excited to run for the SGA knowing that I will work hard to honor and serve all of you with respect, readiness, and responsibility. Now, all of you may ask, “Why should we vote for Justin? Is he going to effectively promote positive change and be impactful as a student’s voice?” the answer is simple: “Yes” I will contribute to SGA two pivotal traits: experience, and a serving heart. I will be open to everyone’s opinions and I will make sure no one is overlooked or neglected. I will speak on your behalf, and treat everyone equally with respect.
I come fully prepared with experience and a fresh mind. I have been elected as a Student Council member for 5 years in my previous schools since fourth grade, and I know what it takes to be a representative that is respectful, confident, and engaged with student activities and events. My goal as an SGA member is to make sure that our student body works as cohesively as possible, ensuring that all of my classmate’s voices are heard, and concerns are addressed. As a member of the SGA, I will advocate for our concerns, and dedicate my time to draw stronger bonds between students and teachers, enabling a greater student presence without having to sacrifice time for homework or other …show more content…
