― Dan Millen
What is stress? Stress is great tension and pressure that are built inside our minds because we have a problem of acceptance , accepting life events , sometimes we call it twist of fate. How harmful can stress affect our lives? It can cause great physical and psychological illness. Some of the tools that can relieve stress are music , sports , relaxation and meditation(Yoga..). First of all ,music and sports establish a magnificent combination which clears the mind from stress and pressure. Furthermore, music transcends our spirits to an imaginary world , where we forget our worries and problems as we lose track of time. Last year , I was finally able to deal with a problem with a friend after a long run while listening to music. Have you ever enjoyed a Yoga class? Yoga works miracles to the body as it stretches the muscles and vents stress. Last summer , I joined a Yoga class with a friend of mine ; it had a remarkable effect on me. Moreover , Herbs , aromas and natural oils can have an immense outcome if they are utilized under a musical spell in a relaxing spa session ; such an exquisite aura calms the nerves , melts the stress and enriches the senses.
All in all , despite the hardship of life that cause stress and pressure , we must always surmount these difficulties , employing all tools possible to alleviate any provocative stress , which sets off suffering and hinders our enjoyment of life.

No one can live without experiencing some extent of stress all the time. Regardless of whom you are, where you live or what you are doing, you’ll go through stress – that is just a fact of life. It isn't going away. We need to learn to live with it - and get the upper hand. Or it will take its toll on our health. We all distinguish things in a different way; some people are more pessimistic while others see the positive light to things. Why do some of us flourish on stress and some of us collapse? It's in our perspective about stress. Instead of fearing or fighting problems, we do better when we choose to rise to the challenges. Being an optimist helps you function at your highest point as it compromises your 'fight or flight response' and gives you additional physical and emotional resources when you or someone you care about is in trouble. Although this varies from person to person, negative stress is simply stress that we recognize as 'bad'. When it begins to affect our health and mental outlook, stress becomes bad and over time it leads to strokes, fatigue, hair loss, immune disorders, heart problems, and more. Today, in our frantic society, negative stress is epidemic. “I remember the months after I finished university and started a new job in a fast food restaurant.” says Melissa Lee, a recent graduate. “It was not the job I wanted to begin with but had applied to the areas I did want and not succeeded in getting a job. The pressure of no money got the better of me. But once I started the job, I was in dire need of stress relief!” she asserts. “Before entering the building each day I had to boost myself up. My job was to scrub the dirty toilet floors and assist at the tills now and then. My boss wasn’t the kindest man in the world so I had a lot of tension on my shoulders.” Studies shown that stress resilience is a life skill we can learn over time, not one we know at birth. Certain individuals have many…

Almost stresses and difficulties of modern life are caused by high density of working when people face to hard problems in daily working. It seems to me that the best ways to reduce the stress is playing sports to relax and think wisely to find the best solution to overcome the difficulties. According to me, playing sports is the best way to relax and release the stress. When you get the stress it means that your body is tired and your brain is no longer sober. In that case playing sports gives you not only good physical health but also sober mind. Moreover, playing sports help you extricate yourself from negative thinking because when you focus in the game you always think positive therefore you will get fresh mental powers. In my case, whether I feel stressed or not, I always play my favorite sports at the weekend. In summer I choose swimming, in winter I choose table tennis or badminton. To me, playing sports at the weekend helps me free all the strains of the passing week and give me more power for the coming week. Along with the way that I have mentioned above, in order to get out of the difficulties, one more thing you should do is to think wisely and try to find the best solution for hard problem that you are facing to. When getting into hard problems, people tend to work continuously for very long time without a break and they think with high density of working will help them escape the hard situation. They are wrong, because the more they are tired the less their brain is intelligent. In my opinion, in that case they should reduce their work and think in another way before continue. For example, they had better discuss and share this problem with other friends and co-workers, more people have more ideas and the best idea will help them to solve the hard problem. Taking all above discussions into account, it seems very clear that playing sports is the most effective way for combating stress and thinking wisely is the most positive way to solve the…

In the text “Is music a good tool for health?” by Elizabeth Scott, the author explains how research has demonstrated the positive effects of music on bodies and minds. Nowadays there are many new programs in health care facilities that use music therapy, which uses music in form of therapy to heal people. The use of this method has been successful that even hospitals have started to use music therapy on some of their patients, who develop problems with depression, muscle tension, stress and to motivate them. Researchers have found that music beats send stimulating waves to the brain and by increasing and decreasing the beats they can control people’s emotions. A strong beat will keep you alert and a slow one will calm you down. Because music can control your heart rate, your body automatically experiences relief, and that’s why music and music therapy prevent and relieve stress and anxiety disorders.…
