How To Reduce Illegal Immigration

I am writing to you about the concern of immigration. I believe that people should have the right to enter and leave the country whenever they want to unless you know for sure know that the person is doing suspicious things.

Immigration has become a major issue in this country because there have been many different terrorists bombing places and many people have also died. Immigration improves economic growth and many unique individuals that have skills decide to come to America because they are unsatisfied with their own country. It increases language, diversity, race and religion. Decreasing or eliminating legal immigrants create more of an incentive for illegal immigrants to come in. It opens America as a more opening country in general as it invites different people to come in and out. It also gives struggling people to start fresh and have a better life and a different place.
But, you could increase the taxes on some of these items so it will be difficult for people to buy them. You could also have higher security for immigrants entering the country so they do not illegally bring in items. Immigrants also end up consuming a high amount of health care and education and welfare and they do not pay high taxes because they may or may not have enough money to support it. However, you can limit the amount of immigrants coming in. Instead of having everyone come to the USA, the government would just have to choose people based on their criminal record and other background history. Illegal immigration is different than legal immigration. Illegal immigrants should not be in the USA in the first place but legal immigration has many different benefits to America.
