How to prolong chain grate boiler operating life
How to prolong the chain grate boiler operating life
The longer service life of chain grate boiler can reduce investment costs, accord with the requirement of national energy saving at the same time,in addition to the requirements of maintaining a relatively stable furnace conditions by avoiding stopping, decreasing, and increasing the wind frequently,we also should take the following measures to prolong the operating life of the chain grate boiler.
Masonry stove operation:masonry quality has a significant impact on the chain boiler furnace life, there should be someone to check ramming knot density.Refractory brick masonry cracks should be less than 1 mm,and mortar joint mud should be full to prevent drilling iron.Furnace bottom of the cylinder adopting the aluminum carbon bricks adding plastic and carbon ramming material can effectively slow down the bottom erosion, especially after adopting the dry hearth and pressure eliminating slag process, the furnace service life has been greatly improved.
Strengthening the furnace blow-in operation:according to the stipulated time and temperature to warm the furnace, add the batch of material after the bottom coke pass the fully burning, after adding the iron material, damping down for 30min to preheat the furnace burden thoroughly, and strictly control the bottom coke height at about 2000 mm,make sure to see the iron drops at about 30min after the air supply, supply air strength shall be controlled in a certain range according to the production requirements of melting rate, the initial re-open of furnace should not blindly use large air volume.
The above is the simply analysis about prolonging the operating life of chain grate boiler,we still have many to do to achieve that.ZG chain grate boilers has been hailed as the best design solution, has the world advanced level, pleasure feel free to contact us for more details!

This experiment was carried out to determine the relationship between the pressure andthe temperature of saturated steam in equilibrium. Besides that this experiment was alsodone to demonstrate the vapor pressure curve. The market Boiler was used for thisexperiment. When the pressure increases, the temperature also increases. Therefore, therelationship of pressure and temperature is directly proportional. The derived formulaeand the data were used to calculate the slope. The dT/dP measured was compared withthe data in the steam table. Theoretically, the values measured should be almost the samewith the predicted values. However, at certain points, the values are not the same. Thismay because of the errors made in the experiment.…

The first type of iron was the “pig iron”, produced with a high carbon level that makes it rigid, hard and fragile. In 1710 were introduced the coke smelting iron, but until 1750 this new product was not widely used; the reduced costs of pig-iron allowed the use of cast iron in many more applications, especially in constructions. In this case the innovation is not due to the costs of the material but to his resistance to fire hazard, caused by an increase in the use of steam energy in the textile mills.…

Liquids are a subset of the periods of matter and include fluids gasses plasmas and to some degree plastic solids. This has a major point of preference over a routine heat exchanger in that the liquids are presented to a much bigger surface area in light of the fact that the liquids spread out over the plates. This encourages the exchange of heat and greatly expands the rate of the temperature change. Plate heat exchangers are presently regular and little brazed forms are utilized as a part of the high temperature water segments of a large number of combination boilers (Plate Type Heat Exchanger,…

In addition, ArcelorMittal will invest around PLN 200 million in its Krakow-based plant for the relining of the blast furnace 05, which is coming to the end of its life cycle in mid 2016. Once the relining is complete, it will increase Krakow's hot-rolling mill capacity by 900,000 tons per annum, while the hot dip galvanizing capacity will increase by 400,000 tons per annum. Thus, it is evident that ArcelorMittal is taking the right steps to address the opportunity in the end…
