Whether you're walking or just seated down getting some work done in the office, maintaining the right posture is very crucial. We all know this to be true, but very few of us actually maintain that desired posture. It's not that you don't want to, but it can be hard always checking yourself and making sure you're aligning your body in just the right way. Actually, just thinking about it is hectic. That's why maintaining the gold medal posture is something that you have to grow into, but in case you don't have the patience to wait that long, you can always use other methods.
