How to Make Jam Tarts
Jam tarts evaluation.

The product I made Jam tarts. Firstly I washed my hands. Then I got a measuring scale & made sure it was on the scale 0.

Secondly I measured the flour until the scale hit 200; I put the flour inside the bowl. Then I got the butter & put it in until the scale went on 100.

Then I used my hands to mix it together. After it was all soft I used my finger tips to make it into little pieces.

Meanwhile I got a jug, put some water in it, and then got a tea spoon. I poured a little water on the tea spoon & put it inside the bowl & mixed it together at the same time. I did this 3 or 4 times until it looked like dough.

Then I put flour on the table to make sure that if the dough won’t stick on the table. I then put flour on top of the rolling pin.

After that I got the dough & made it into a ball. I then got the rolling pin and started to roll it out until it was wide enough for me to make a circle using a pasty cutter. Then I got the pastry cutter & started to cut circles out. Then I repeated this process.

I putted the pastries in the fairy cake trey. Then I made space for the jam. I put the jam in then I putted it in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Before I put it in the oven I had my oven gloves on.
Then I took it out & it was perfect but the jam was very liquidly. So I putted it in the fridge.

For the ingredients you’ll need your favorite brownie mix, soft butter to grease the pan, two eggs, ¼ cup of water and ¾ cup of vegetable oil for cookware. You’ll also need a metal or glass pan 13”x 9” and a mix bowl. Next, preheat your oven to a temperature of 350F. Grease the bottom of your glass or metal pan with the soft butter. Then put the brownie mix into the mixing bowl. Put the oil in first and mix it in with the brownie mix and stir with a spoon. Pour the mix into pan and spread lightly and evenly until all of the mix is in the pan. Put the pan in the oven and set the timer for 30 mins. I crack open the two eggs and pour them in the bowl, throwing away the shells. I measure 1/4 cup of water and pour it in the mixture as well as 2/3's of a cup of oil. The hardest part is blending it in really well; I take two minutes really mixing in the ingredients, making sure everything is well mixed in and is on the right condition, not too creamy, but not too hard. Once I am done with that, I grab a couple of Oreos and start breaking them into pieces and putting them in the plastic bag. I start hitting the Oreos, cracking them into smaller pieces and then pouring that into the brownie mixture.…

While preheating your oven, prepare the dough! Combine the 2 ¼ cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt in to your small mixing bowl. You won’t be using these right away, just set that aside while you prepare the rest of your dough. Now grab a large mixing bowl, add 2 sticks of butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and beat the four ingredients with your hand-mixer. Once the ingredients are well mixed together, crack the eggs into the mixture, one at a time. Beat the mixture until it is blended enough. Take the small bowl of dry ingredients, and slowly add small amounts into the already blended bowl. What you will be doing is adding a little, then using the hand-mixer to blend, little by little, until the dry mix is gone. Now you have the cookie dough. But wait! You have one last step! You can’t forget the chocolate chips! I tend to add the whole bag when making this dough, but feel free to add as many as you may please! Once you have added…
