How to know your passion
Grab a pen and a piece of paper. Prepare to make a list.
Ask yourself some simple questions, like:
What are my goals?
If I could do one thing for the rest of my life, what would it be? What do I love to do?
What would I do, even if I didn't get paid to do it?
Dig deep within yourself, think about what you love to do with your spare time, and whether it's something you could do full time. You don't have to be good at it, and it doesn't have to make you money. Just think about what you like to do.
Combine your talents. Maybe you have more than one talent, like doing tricks on a BMX, and you love to write. Could you see yourself writing books on BMX riding and tricks, or true stories about how those riders started out doing what they love?
Try doing a few new things. Take up some extra hobbies, try writing or singing; just get out there and try all kinds of things. It will help you see what you do like doing and what you don't; and hopefully, your passion. • 6
