In general linear vibrating screen is rest on horizontal ground and the vibration direction angle is 45°, under this circumstance the performance parameters of sieve machines are justice configuration, the machine will have high operation speed, high capacity and high screening efficiency. However the linear vibrating screen can also be placed on an angle, usually 5°or 10°according to the requirements of individual process and the special needs. Linear vibrating screen is mainly used for fine material grading and dehydration deliming. So the too large angle may result in poor screen efficiency.
