How to Be the Change You Want To See

A lot of people associate change as a negative outcome but really change can be great. It’s all about your attitude toward the change.
Before the change can take place, we have to start fresh by getting rid of old baggage and stuff. Let’s shred everything negative from your life so we can start over.
Look in the mirror and write down what you see and what you want to change? Not necessary your facial features but your life.
Steps for creating a change in your life:
Start you day off with some type of meditation – be the first to rise to set the mood in your home. 1) Make a plan – write it say it and read it at least 3-4 times a week.
We can retain better it if we see it, hear it, and believe it. 2) Get to know who you are on your terms
No who people say you are but who you say you are. 3) Step letting your past or others define you
The past is the past, leave it there. 4) Stop trying to please other people
Don’t worry about what people say, 5) Be honest and open 6) Relax and breathe 7) Pamper and encourage yourself or read a book 8) Stop comparing yourself to others – Be You! 9) Know that there will be good and bad days but don’t give up
10) Get your dream back!

Plate of Truth:
Write your name in the center of the plate. Walk around and get others to write a positive one word on your plate. When the road gets rough, look in the mirror, take a look and your plate, and hit the reset
