How To Achieve A High GPA
Nowadays, high school students have faced a lot of pressure to go to college. The reason behind this is that parents push their children to perform on getting good grades in school at any cost. Everyone has different abilities and are not the same so parent cannot make a comparison to their children who get higher grade being compared to lower grades students who don’t get all straight A during high school and college years. So, parents and teachers should not place unrealistic expectation on high school students to achieve a high GPA, which contributes to stress disorder, health problems, and a propensity to cheat on assignment. First, stress can be a problem that affects everyone; especially students have issues in school, meaning they have to get high grades to be an exemplary student who achieves parents’ dreams to pursuit their happiness. Moreover, weight gaining is another problem which causes health issues because it provides energy and decrease amount intakes. Therefore, high school students need to exercise more than the calories that they absorb. Not only that, high school students’ health problem dangers which related to numerous diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure. On the contrary, students can improve these complications by walking or bicycling instead of taking a bus and other transportation to go to school. Activities in daily living not only help student to control their weight, but also they help students have a healthy life
