How Is The Atomic Bomb Justified
On August sixth 1945, president Truman gave the indolent order to drop the two atomic bombs out of the Enola Gay and on the city of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I believe that the United States was not justified to drop the atomic bombs. Theses bombs killed up to 140,000 innocent Japanese citizens and injured thousands more. Thousands more innocent lives suffered third degree burns and many other type of injuries. The two bombs destroyed many houses, buildings, and crops. The United States also invested 2 billion dollars in these bombs. Was it worth it to kill all of these thousands of innocent lives?

At 500 meter from the hypocenter, the atmospheric pressure was powerful enough to collapse almost every single building and structure. Kitchen flames in houses collapsed by blast spread and destroyed houses. They had to make houses out of any material they could find such as few boards, with sheets of tin for walls and a roof.
