How Is Guy Montag Responsible In Fahrenheit 451
Fahrenheit 451 a story is set in a future where reading books is prohibited by law. To prevent people from reading books, the government orders the burning of the houses of those who retain some, often with them inside. In this society the fire, instead of paying fires, create, they are responsible for burning books.
This brings us to our main character, Guy Montag was a man who had been a firefighter since the age of 20, Guy Montag was part of society dumbed by the government. The TV had controlled people, prevented them from thinking, had taken away all ability to reason. Montag was well lived believing his life was normal and that burning books gave him happiness he needed.
One day he met Clarisse McClellan, a girl who had a different view of the world, she knew something was not right with others, this made everyone think that somehow was a little crazy. A Montag also seemed strange that girl, no one had done so many questions that they did think of something else that their routine life and burn books, she seemed to know so much.
