How Does Merlin Pull The Sword Out Of The Stone
If Merlin told the people that Arthur, was the rightful king everyone would be happy and excited. So Merlin was telling Arthur to believe in himself and pull the sword out of the stone. None of the noblemen can pull the sword from the stone, but when Arthur tries, the author reveals, "Do you expect us to believe this scrawny boy succeeded where we all failed? With trembling hands, Arthur reaches for the sword. He easily pulls it from the stone. Arthur is the rightful king of this land, the one and only son of king Uther!" In other words, Arthur was the true king and everyone will be having no fights and everyone will be together.     In the movie, "Excalibur" a lot of magical incidents took place, mostly done by Merlin. If not for Merlin, Arthur wouldn't had ever been alive.
