These were the days where even more fear coursed through the hearts and souls of the United States’ citizens. There were missiles in Cuba that were pointed at the United States of America that created conflict because the USSR could not find a reasonable way to compromise with the United States about their already positioned missiles without adding missiles under the USSR’s control into the game. The United States of America’s president John F. Kennedy hated the idea of a new world war, especially one that involved nuclear weapons capable of mass destruction. John F.
