Hot Topic Motivation

I am a big fan of Hot Topic. I shop there frequently, both online and in store. I would be a great fit for the store because as someone who loves the brand, I want to help others see the greatness that is Hot Topic through both the product and through my customer service skills. My goal, if hired, would be to ensure that each customer finds what they are looking for, along with something else that they didn't previously know they needed but later realize that they absolutely do.
