Great spiritual, physical and emotional changes occur as an individual nears the end of a terminal illness, and hospice care is here to help you and your family deal with all of them. Hospice care helps both the individual and their family to cope changing care needs by offering emotional support as well as providing palliative care. Palliative care eases pain and makes the body's physical changes more comfortable. We are proud to support those confronting their illness with grace and dignity.

Our services include help making end of life decisions about financial matters as well as healthcare decisions, both of which are important during this difficult time. We also provide caregiver support to protect you if you are still caring for a terminally ill loved one at home and hare her to provide both emotional and spiritual guidance when the need arises. We've done this before and know what services you and are prepared to meet all of your needs or put you in touch with other agencies and organizations who can help.

Caring Hands matter will help you find a caregiver who can help take care of your loved one;s non-medical needs overnight so you can get the rest you'll need to care for them during the day. If overnight care works well for you, consider hiring live-in care to provide an extra pair of helping hands all the time.

We can and we will. We'll help you determine what type of help you need and then refer you to someone who is qualified to provide it. Caring Hands Matter locations vary on their acceptance of Medicare. Some will accept this form of payment and others will not, but all will work with you to find affordable in home car options through Medicare, supplemental insurance or other means.
