Revitalizing Homemade Hair Mask
Gorgeous thick hair is considered a standard of beauty for any person. But not everyone can afford to frequent visits to a beauty salon. Nevertheless, I am sure that everyone is able to prepare a hair mask from the comfort of their own home. And while I believe that a lot of the formula to healthy hair comes from what you put inside (good food, lots of water, vitamins), I also think there are some things you can do externally. That is why I want to share a recipe that will help your dry and damaged hair look alive and healthy. There are a lot of recipes, and I have tried many of them, but this combo is my favorite.
If you invest 30 minutes of your time and follow these six easy steps, the result will be noticed

The main moisturizing and nutritious ingredient for our mask is avocado. You should take just one pretty ripe. The benefits of a homemade hair mask from avocado include prevention of hair loss, stimulation of hair growth and finally an effective treatment of dry and damaged hair. This fruit is even safe for people with sensitive scalps. Also for the preparation of the mask, you will need the following products: one egg yolk, virgin coconut or olive oil and one tablespoon of honey. You may use organic ingredients if you prefer but it is not necessary. For the best results you should, however, use natural raw honey. All of these ingredients can be found at any grocery store. In addition to all of the above, you will need a container (or a bowl) for mixing the ingredients, gloves, a shower cap and a cotton medium-sized …show more content…
Be careful, it is better to use two cups.
Then, mix all the ingredients in a bowl: an avocado pulp, an egg yolk, a tablespoon of honey, and two tablespoons of coconut or olive oil. Whisk until well combined. You may find the initial smell weird, but in reality, it is not bad once you get used to it. Make sure the paste is smooth, but not too runny. Your mask is ready for applying.
The next step is to apply the avocado hair mask carefully and liberally onto damp hair from roots to ends. If you do not want to get dirty, the best way to do this is in the bathroom with a towel over your shoulders. Cover your hair with a shower cap so that the moisture of the hair mask can remain in the hair for a longer time. For even a greater efficiency, put a towel over the shower cap. Leave this hair mask on for 25 for maximum benefits.
In 25 minutes, rinse thoroughly with shampoo and warm water. Do not use hot water, because it will strip away all the healthy oils while cooler water will help smooth out the hair and give it a healthy shine. Finally, dry your hair with a towel or a hair dryer if you are in a hurry. I think you will be very pleasantly surprised by the result because this magic mask is going to make your hair silky smooth and soft to the

Just like people, dogs get rough, dry skin on their paws. It’s true that the thick skin on their paws help them traverse all types of terrain since they don’t wear shoes (most dogs don’t anyway). It's not unusual for dogs to have cracked or dry pads as they get older. During winter and summer, icy and heat can cause pain to your dog’s paws. Keep your best friend's paws in tip top shape with a homemade, soothing paw balm.…

Once the dog is in the tub, remove the leash and choker collar and wet him thoroughly with the hose. You will now apply the shampoo. There are two important things to remember about applying the shampoo. First, always use a minimal amount, as most of these products are concentrated. Second, always work from the head to the tail in order to rid your pet of fleas properly. Don't forget to shampoo the legs and soft pads of the paws. Give special attention to the belly…

When getting prepared to give your furry-friend a bath, make sure you have shampoo, conditioner, a brush, a scooping device, and many towels (make sure to include one for yourself). Go to your neighborhood pet store such as PetSmart or Petco for a wide range of variety. When choosing the right products for your dog, the most important thing to consider is their skin condition. This can get tricky if you’re not sure of a condition he/she may or may not have. When in doubt, check with your veterinarian. If your dog has considerably normal-looking skin, without a greasy coat, then an everyday cleansing shampoo should do the trick. If your dog has dry, flaky skin then they would much rather prefer an oatmeal based shampoo. According to Sanfiz, the author of Which Shampoo Is Right for Your Dog 's Coat and Skin Condition, if your dog’s coat seems dry you may want to opt for a crème rinse conditioner. These are usually thicker, and are left on a bit longer and need to be rinsed well. For adding extra moisture to the coat, a conditioning finisher spray can even follow the grooming. Just be careful not to over condition the coat, as you run the risk of weighing it down and making it appear greasy (Sanfiz). If your dog has five or more quarter-sized knots in various spots throughout the body, do not give it a bath. The water will create tension moving the knot closer to the skin. Seek veterinary help or contact a groomer. At this point you should be prepared and ready to take the next step.…
