Homecoming Narrative
“Oh my gosh guys, It’s homecoming week!” exclaimed Bridget.
“I’m so excited,” said Liz.
“I’m as excited as a teacher on a Friday,” stated Jazmine.

The bell rang and the three best friends went their separate ways to class. Bridget and Jazmine hustled their way in the busy crowded hallway to band. Liz being the only one not in band went down the hallway to her English class. All the girls could talk about was homecoming week. At lunch they sat in the lunchroom that was full of other students discussing the same topic. Homecoming was on everybody’s mind. “Jazmine, what are you going to wear on Friday?” asked Liz.

“Yeah I will have to check,” said Jazmine.
“Okay let me know.” Jazmine and Liz really didn’t want to go and hang out with Bridget and Steven because they knew that they were going to be doing something that wasn’t okay. It was the Friday of the homecoming dance. Liz and Jazmine were in the gym dancing until they couldn’t stand. All of the sudden Liz gets a phone call from Bridget.
“I’m bored, come out to the parking lot,” said Bridget.
“Why don’t you just come in here. It is so much fun,” replied Liz
“There are too many people in the gym.”
“There are literally like 30 people in there.”
“You know what, just stay in there and have a good time. I will be fine out here.” All of the sudden the phone hangs up and the two girls are just standing there like what just happened. The girls debated whether or not to go out there so Bridget doesn’t get mad. Jazmine and Liz just decided to stay and have a good time rather than do something that they would

Curtis and Janet went to a different school then Rufus but he still walked them to school then walked himself to school. On his way to school a car followed him very slowly but Rufus kept walking. When he got to school it looked the same on the outside that it always had. Rufus pushed open the doors at Searingtown School and yelled “I’m back!” All of his friends ran over to hug him. He went down to the office to get a tour he thought he didn’t need because he remembered every single solitary thing about this place. While the tour was going on everything going on was a blur. He looked left, right and left again, admiring the changes the school had made. “Wow” he sighed. “Is there a problem Rufus?” the tour guide asked. Rufus answered, “When I was here the wall paint was all chipped, there were broken windows and holes in the walls.” “Oh ok, well that concludes our tour and this door on your right is your first period class.” The tour guide replied. By the time 5th period came around it was time for lunch he was starving. All of his friends called him over and asked him to sit with him.
