On 09/25/17, SPO Vorous and SPO Kemp conducted a home visit on another probationer that resides in Mr. Blanchett's residence. Upon arrival, the officers observed a female walking out the residence with a young child. The child was later identified as Mr. Blanchett's 2 year old grandson. Officer Vorous contacted RP and SPO Vorous brifed RP on the situation. 09/22/16, Mr. Blanchett was told that he can't have contact with children under the age of 18 years old. RP briefed supervisor Henderson on the case. Approval was given to arrest Mr. Blanchett at his reported residence. RP briefed SPO Kemp, SPO Vorous and POII Mitchell on the arrest. Upon arrival to the residence, Mr. Blanchett was in custody. RP searched Mr. Blanchett and drove Mr. Blanchett
