Holzer Mission Statement Analysis
As previously stated, Holzer’s mission is friendly visits, excellent care, every patient, every time. I believe I provided friendly visits to everyone who walked into the Human Resource department. I tried to help as much as possible with any questions they had so I believe that could count for excellent care for every patient or employee. When I read Holzer’s mission statement I believe it is aimed more towards the physician and patient relationship but I did what I could to make it apply to my jobs. One thing I really liked about Holzer is every morning each department does their own huddle. A huddle is a short meeting to catch your department up on what is happening on that day.
