1) Describe the best holiday trip you made.
During the semester holiday, me and my family had scheduled that we should go and spent our family vacation at the most spectacular place that is in Penang. This trip has been planned a month ahead by my mom. By looking at the agenda, we are rest assured that this will be the greatest vacation ever. Our first choice of place is the Penang Hill situated at Air Itam. Penang Hill is one of the oldest colonial hill station established by the British during their time in Malaysia. Penang Hill comprises several hills including Strawberry Hill, Halliburton’s Hill, Flagstaff Hill, Government Hill , Tiger Hill,and Western Hill. The highest point of this range is at Western Hill. I just can’t wait to get my feet on the top. We arrived at Penang Hill as early as 9 o’clock in the morning. This place is less crowded maybe because it is morning. We climbed up the hill by riding a train with a panoramic view of the forest surrounded us. I saw many tourist here are amazed by the view of the forest and they just can’t stop taking pictures of the view. After about 20 minutes ride, we arrived at the hill with the chilled atmosphere welcoming us. The environment up here fells very refreshing and very soothing as we walk by the road. We are endlessly taking pictures and videos and it feels like we can’t take our hands off the camera. The view from the top of the hill is very refreshing, we can see every inch of our very own Georgetown with our eyes just beneath our feet. With a fog clouding us it really feels like we are standing on top of the cloud. After a while, we headed to the food court to try their delicious food that awaits us. We eat special fried rice and nasi lemak. Although the price here is a bit pricey, but it offers a comfortable sitting and a really good view.
