His Highness General Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai crown prince and defense minister, has wise beliefs, ambitious plans and luminous visions. Some reasons for his special personality are his personal awards, his help for the poor and his improvement plans.

Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum believes that horses played an important role in the history of the Arab world. He was trained to ride horses by Sheikh Rashid, may his soul rest in peace. In 2001, he won first place in the Al Ahram Al Araby Endurance Race. This was his first international award he gained.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum has been a great man since he ruled. For instance, Dubai Cares, a program to raise money for the poor children, has been recently launched. Through this program many children are discovering things that they did not know about before such as riding horses. Now, they can learn, teach, and communicate with each other. Self-confidence will emerge, different personalities will develop and children will start building their career up. Big thanks to Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The economy of Dubai was built on the back of oil industry. Revenues of oil and gas have been used to develop airports, infrastructure and schools. Dubai’s economic rise during the recent years has led to an increase of population; Thus, an increase of schools, universities, properties and different businesses.

Dubai has become a center of education for people of different nationalities and interests. Nowadays, there are more than 70 public schools and around 132 private schools. Although public schools are cheap, still they have good teachers and high standards
