ESSAY - US ELECTION

The celebrity businessman also known as Donald Trump claimed victory after snatching Wisconsin´s 10 electoral votes, positioning him over the 270 votes, which is needed for a candidate to secure his or her win to become the next president.
The states are an important factor in acquiring electoral votes. Each state has a specific number of electoral votes, so it is crucial for each candidate to build a coalition between states to reach the number 270 or above.
Trump succeeded in the winning of the crucial states as in Florida, Ohio and North Carolina, the success of winning these states gave him a big advantage in the number of electoral votes, which he needed in the election. States like Florida, Ohio, North Carolina,

The ethnic minorities and the women’s in the country did support Clinton as was not expected. Hillary Clinton´s campaigns were long on plans, formal speeches but no sound bites. Trumps campaign was the opposite; The stronger the temple, the stronger the message, the stronger messenger will always win because of their speeches are more aspirational and inspirational than the others. The voters want change and looking at Hillary Clinton a woman who is an extension of Obama, that would just mean another 4 years just with a new face. However, Trump however is different. Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump agrees with the use of medical marihuana. Hillary Clinton supports thoroughly and thinks that we should do further research on it and that you should not be imprisoned for use of marijuana. Donald Trump was a bit more straight forward without the biggest explanation, he says that he thinks medical marijuana is 100 percent.
These issues during the election is not something new and they will also come to the next presidential election, but they play a major part in the daily lives of the Americans. This is a controversial topic, but looking at it from one point of view could be that people want to abolish the death penalty, since numerous people have been condemned innocent people and some people may be mentally ill, there are other ways to treat a mentally ill person. Medical marijuana is a big issue in the states, because people are using it illegally and are being thrown into prison. Many studies have shown the use of medical marijuana to be beneficial for illnesses
