Hillary Clinton Persuasive Essay
I find the first preseidential debate between candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump interesting. I was very excited to watch this debate because Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are very different in terms of their gender (which is obvious), background, personality, career, and interest. Presidential nomaniee from Democtratic Party Hillary Clinton came from a middle class family, she graduated from Law school, and have been involved in the polictical system for many years. Hillary Clinton has an experience as you can tell by the way she answered during the debate by using many examples and facts to backed her answer’s up. Being involved in the United States political system for at least 30 years, Hillary Clinton …show more content…
In order to do the job well as the next president of the United States, it is important to undertand the political system of the United States in addition to real life experience, it is important to being awared of the situations that the country is facing, it is important to be a competitive spirit, holds himself/herself accountable, and etc. Having said that, I believe that Hillary Clinton have those qualities listed above especially when it comes to being a competitive spirit because she has been fighting for this presidency since 2012. This shows that Hillary Clinton is ready and s iprepare to become the president and to do best for this country. On the other hand, Donald Trump may have a real life experience being in a business man and encountering real life situations that each individual face each day. However, I think that Donald Trump is uncharitable person especially on how he treats women. For example, Trump called one of the former miss universe “miss piggy” and does not even pay her for all the works that she has done for him and he also doesn’t appreacites his employees. Being a woman and a worker, myself, I do not admire his behaviors and his word choice to others who are less superior than him because we are all human beings and we can’t always pleases others in a way that they want us to. So as of now, Hillary

Through the first presidential debate, Hillary Clinton has proved that she is the best choice for President. First, she proved that she is more empathetic to the common American. She herself came from a middle-class family. During the debate, she preached about her hardworking father, who worked in drapery. Trump came from a wealthy family, so he cannot relate to average Americans as well as Clinton can. She then expressed her desire for tax cuts for the middle class, and tax increases for the rich. She also mentioned how she intends to create 10 million jobs by investing in industries such as “clean energy”. She proved that she will do her best to make everyday life better for them. Next, she behaved more professionally then her opponent,…

Hillary and Trump both had very persuasive speeches, they both used the three appeals very differently, like Hillary used the emotional appeal more and Trump used the logical and the ethical appeal more. They both were very well thought out speeches and they both spoke to the delegates at each convention plus the people that were watching on TV. They both made an a point to at least try and use all three rhetorical appeals to be the most persuasive they can be, but in the end, its up to what people in America see fit. Its up to the Americans to go over everything the candidate believes in and what they say in these speeches to decide who would be the better president. Hillary and Trump both have many reasons why they feel they are the best…

At the first debate where estimated 100 million people watching, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton shook hands with smile on the stage, and Lester Holt of NBC nightly news explained the rule of the debate. It was a temperament test for Trump to prove that he is suitable for the President. However, he failed to do so in my opinion. This debate proves that he is not sincere, not patient enough to listen, not honest, not prepared enough, and absolutely not suitable for being the President.…

With the elections less than a few months away, political debates always seem to get the best of politicians and their supporters. This year’s debate was nothing short of unexpected controversies. In the end I’m fine with either candidate. I have acted like, and sometimes I have joked about wanting Donald Trump to win. Either way both candidates aren’t great, but they can’t ruin the country single handedly. I would like to see the change that Donald Trump would bring, but I would be fine with Hillary leading similarly to president Obama. We, the American people should be fine no matter…

During the third Presidential Debate both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump both have strong arguments and strong beliefs, but the way Clinton uses rhetorical appeal to catch the attention of her audience is outstanding. She is a career politician and is able to convey her points and views much more effectively than Donald Trump. The three main points that I find to be very interesting are abortion, gun laws and the tax cuts. All three of these topics are very hot topics, now do I agree with everything she says no but she has all the right arguments to win a debate. She keeps her calm better than Trump, that’s not to say she doesn’t show signs of breaking from frustration but compared to him she is much more experienced. Donald Trump sometimes comes off as an…

I was strongly persuaded through the Bloomberg View for the endorsement of Hillary Clinton. Michael Bloomberg does a good job effectively evaluating these two candidates. Bloomberg questions Trump’s legitimacy, and credibility of not just his candidacy, but him as a person. Bloomberg states, “Trump is a risky, reckless and radical choice, and one we can’t afford to make.” Here, Trump’s ethos, more specifically credibility and morality are questioned. Bloomberg utilizes words such as “risky” to portray the lack of credibility Trump poses as an individual to solidify the claim that Trump is not the right vote for the American people. Bloomberg also refers to Trump as “radical and reckless.” Through this, Bloomberg alludes to Trump’s poor morality,…

Hillary is the democratic candidate and Donald is the republican. Trump’s policies have been very controversial through the process of this year's election. His views on things like immigration and self rights have worried people around the country. Another thing that has been questioned of his is his morals and character. He has been involved in many cases of domestic violence and many cases with women including assault. Is this the type of person we want in charge of our country? The democratic candidate Hillary Clinton has been caught many times lying about past actions. One example is her view on same sex marriage. Years ago she has talked about how she doesn’t believe it is right or should be legalized. What seems like what has happened is she changes her views according to what would get her more votes. These people would not be fit to be the…

Over the past year, candidates from across the country, battled it out on a national stage to be nominated as their party's presidential candidate. Definitely turning out to be an election to go down in history, and not just because a women was nominated for president. This past summer Donald Trump and secretary Hillary Clinton were granted their nominations for president of the united states at their respective conventions, but the race wasn’t over. The candidates still had 3 months to win over the trust and support of the American people. “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore, send the homeless tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door.” Reference? America has long been the land of freedom and hope to the world, and the American military is what has kept her that way. People have forgotten how important and valuable the military is to the world that we live in. As part of the Budget Control Act of 2011, automatic sequestration calls for $1.2 trillion in lowered federal spending, with 50% coming from defense and 50% coming from non-defense budgets. If Congress cannot reach an agreement, these cuts will reduce the Department of Defense spending by about $55 billion dollars. On September 11, 2001, the United States faced a difficult time in which 3,000 lives were lost due to an attack upon the U.S. by terrorists who hijacked airplanes and crashed them into the Twin Towers in New York City, the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, and the United States Pennsylvania! That day, 9/11, has become a day in which we remember the lives that were lost and the families who were affected by such a tragedy. We called on our military once again, and they were there to protect our country. I am against automatic sequestration towards the military and military programs for many reasons.…

People are tired of the same old sleazy lying politician who rely on promises they’ve made but not kept. According to a poll by U.S news 58% of Americans are tired of the regular lying politician who tells you what you want to hear, but hides the truth (Sullivan 2016). People are fed up with being lied to, fed up with empty promises. Furthermore, the thing that makes Donald Trump so great is that he’s not that, he is not a lying politician he is a business man who’s only goal is to Make America Great Again. When asked why he was running Trump’s response was, “ I want to Make America Great Again, I’m not doing it for the money or the title, I’m doing it because I care about this country and its future.” In other words, Trump brings an advantage to the table by being an “outsider” in the political world. Obviously, Trump brings something new to this presidential race but HIllary brings the experience card. For example, she went to Yale law school and was a top student there, she was a former first lady under Bill Clinton’s presidency, she won a seat in the U.S. Senate for New York and has run for president previously, losing to Barack Obama-who turned around and made her Secretary of State (Editorial Board, The Republican). Sure, she has a lot of experience but Trump would have to say “I agree – she’s got experience, but it’s bad experience," he said. “And this country can’t afford to have another four years of that kind of…
