1. Introduction
Big C is a trademark of Casino Group, one of the retail Group in Europe with more than 9000 stores in Vietnam, France, Thailand, Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela, and other countries with over 200,000 employees. Now, Big C has total of 18 branches in the most major cities of Vietnam. The first hypermarket of Big C has been established in Dong Nai since 1998. Brand «Big C» represents the two most important criteria in the nail business and strategic direction to their customers. «Big» Vietnamese language means "Great", which shows the massive scale of the Big C supermarket and a large selection of goods that it offers. Currently, each Big C supermarket has about 40,000 items to meet customer needs. «C» is the abbreviation of the word "Customer" (English), meaning Vietnamese as "Customer", "C" refers to the Customer Care of this organization, they are key to the business strategy of the Big C. 2.
