One thing that I have learned from wrestling is self-confidence. It is just me out there against my opponent and no one to help me. So I learned to believe in myself because I would accomplish things that I didn't think I could do. Last year I was wrestling a kid from Capital who won state the year before I was nervous to wrestle him. Wrestling has showed me that you are responsible for your own success. It has also taught me to take my shot no matter what. It doesn't matter the outcome whether it is winning or losing if I knew I put my all into what I just did. Then I would be proud and not hang my head and pout.…

What they don’t realize is that without rest, their muscles won’t grow. Additionally, many bodybuilders who begin their training plans at such an unforgivable pace end up injured or burned out before they have the chance to reap the benefits of their hard work.
