Hi Brandy, I like reading your post and I realized I hadn’t done the assignment correctly.
I think eating disorders and substance abuse it’s something that people can prevent by being cautious. For example, people can eat healthier and avoid trying any addicting substance like smoking or drinking. Now depression, it’s such a complicated case because how can anyone tell if someone is unhappy? For instance, Robert Williams, the happiest, funniest lovable, successful man committed suicide because he was depressed. I agree with you, sometimes we tried to change or judge people without knowing their story or reasons behind it.
