Relevance
• If you think that in young age you will not get heart attack you are wrong because everyone has a risk to get it.
• You have to know the symptoms because if you do not know about it, maybe it is too late for you to get the treatment.
• You have to know the type of exercise that we can do to keep our heart healthy because not all exercise can give a benefit for our heart.
• Also,some of you do not know what can prevent heart attack and the food and drink that we have to avoid to keep our heart healthy.
Credibility
• According to World Health Organisation (WHO) If your male relative has suffered a heart attack before the age of 55, or your female relative has suffered one before the age of 65, you are at the greater risk of developing heart disease.
• If both parents have suffered from heart disease before the age of 55, your risk of developing heart disease can rise to 50 percent compared to the general population.
• However, you can protect yourself by taking care of your heart, as the development of cardiovascular disease involves many different factors, not just your family history.
