I’m a student, and I myself experience that to some extent. All day I sit at school and study, which is not easy. Teachers give me a lot of information, and I am supposed to not only listen but also reply to them. Responding needs some energy, and energy you can get from eating, eating not what is tasty, but eating healthy food. My mom, thank her, every day used to give me some snack to school and it was helpful. Also doing exercise is good, but I don’t have time for it. Of course, there are stressful situations after which I have a headache and lose my weight, which is clearly not good. Again, my family is with me and supports me. Everything that happens with me I read in this research. I’m glad that students have time and make some researches. It is a global problem. If the administrations of colleges or universities pay attention what kind of food they sell, make importance of exercise and engage health care centers to help students in stressful situations, it will help them to study and be healthy or strive to be healthy, because they will know that they are not alone and they can ask for…

Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living being.Personal health depends partially on the active, passive, and assisted cues people observe and adopt about their own health. These include personal actions for preventing or minimizing the effects of a disease, usually a chronic condition, through integrative care. They also include personal hygiene practices to prevent infection and illness, such as bathing and washing hands with soap; brushing and flossing teeth; storing, preparing and handling food safely; and many others. The information gleaned from personal observations of daily living - such as about sleep patterns, exercise behavior, nutritional intake, and environmental features -may be used to inform personal decisions and actions, as well as clinical decisions and treatment plans. Personal health also depends partially on the social structure of a person's life. The maintenance of strong social relationships, volunteering, and other social activities have been linked to positive mental health and even increased longevity. In conclusion it should be included that, in order to be healthy every single person is responsible for his or her physical condition. If people follows the rules and regulation and practice mental relaxation simultaneously, then probably they can lead a healthy life. Personally I believe, healthiness is not only related with the better physical condition, but also related with the better psychological condition as…

Family life style has a big impact and influence on one’s health choices either it is good or bad. I was born and raised in Vietnam, which is one of the agricultural countries in the world. Therefore, vegetable and fruits were various and plenty. For that reason, we had learned to practice our cuisine with mainly vegetables and fruits. In addition, playing with my neighbors and swimming in the beach were what I did for entertainment when I was young. Thanks to the background I have experienced, having plenty of vegetables in meal or going outdoor physical activities have become normal in my daily life. Until now, these experiences still affect me like habits. Moreover, I do exercise three times a week for at least half hour. I sometimes walk around neighbor area with my mom. I maintain this by getting at least seven to eight hours of sleep daily, eating three meals a day, and constantly taking showers in mornings and evenings. I am going to the doctor annually for checkups. Besides that, I avoid illnesses and injuries by saying no with smoking and alcohol. I think I achieved the physical wellness in some positive degree, so I think I am at the highest level of physical dimension.…

The other thing that I do not do well to take care myself is lack of exercises. As a busy university life, I have become lazy to do exercise as there are too many others things to do. In the other hand, I sleep late and cause me to wake up late, so there is no time for me to do exercise in the morning. Furthermore, with the afternoon class, I came home around 6 o’clock. At that time I am already exhausted so I prefer stay at home and rest rather than going out to do exercises. As result, I am only doing exercise once a week which is indeed insufficient for me to have a healthy life style.…
