Healthier Lunch In Schools

According to Teresa Chin with Youth Radio many schools have started offering healthier lunch. These lunches were meant to help with the growing rates of childhood obesity. A major issue with these new lunch choices is the fact that many students get a tray every by eat one thing from it then throw the rest away. Nutrition is important it helps our bodies and brains grow and develop into the way that they are supposed to. Lunch is one of the most important meals of the day and it is eaten at school. Lunch boosts our metabolism and gives us energy for the rest of the school day.

Many schools offer only one lunch option and one price every day. Responsibility is heavily enforced anywhere you go, especially in schools. Having more lunch options
