Healthcare System: The Subsystem In Leader

Conclusion The purpose of this paper was to gain an understanding of systems that health care operates in and how that system is affected by various elements. The subsystem in Leader is a dynamic system that communicates with the larger system of the Cypress Regional Health Authority. It is challenging to simply focus on one smaller portion of the whole system as they are intertwined with one another. All the leaders are all involved in the functioning of the system and are accountable to one another. According to Hibberd & Smith, “There is potential for constant exchange between organizations and the environments” (2006, p. 171). This can be seen through the multiple factors affecting health care in Leader and various feedback loops set up
