As an administrator, you are responsible for making sure all your medical staff is with local, State Regional and National Regulations. They are supervising the whole facility. One of the qualifications for this position is excellent observation skills. This is a huge responsibility. So if I was the Administrator I would take my job very seriously. supervise and pay close attention to whats going on. If i'd discovered any type of fraud before the government audit I would have gotten the evidence together to prove fraud. I would do an internal investigation without letting others know because if they find out that I suspect the fraud then they could start covering their foot steps by destroying evidence.
