In providing Brittany with continue health upkeep, I will meet with her medical insurance providers and elaborate to them the importance of keeping Brittany insured. Will continue to work on getting a reliable transportation for Brittany and her family, I will visit the local agency in her community to collect more information and if possible, or I could accommodate her mother to the agency to collect the paper work and help fill them out. Moreover, in educating Brittany about the importance of having good behavior to those are dedicating their time in making sure she gets well, I’ll also be providing Brittany with information on the in-home therapist, with the hope that she will be able to make her owe decision that she feels will be best for her.
