I experienced an angry patient in the waiting area. She was an elderly new patient. I saw that she was making noises as she was filling out the new patient information forms. I am an ESFJ individual and I made a judgment that she could use some help filling out these forms. I went over and assisted her. The EHR system that this center uses is called Amkai. Referring back to health informatics, there was always something new to learn with the EHR system (practice fusion) that we had used in class. I notice when I input information that is wrong there would be an alert. I learn from these alerts and it is a guide in helping me better myself. Overall, interning has been great. The staff makes me feel welcomed and help me with whatever I need assistance. I would observe half the time and then work on what I have been observing the other time. I like to learn this way because I get to see what they are doing then do it
