I. Executive Summary

The purpose of this study is to identify the weak points of the FEU-University Health Service. The objective of this improvement paper is to determine if the University Health Service is properly performing their sworn commitment and services offered to the FEU Community.
The researchers distributed survey questionnaires to 100 FEU IABF students to gather facts and information about the University Health Service. The researchers also conducted web-based research like articles and journals about University Health Service. Through this, they were able to relate the FEU-UHS to the other Health Service of some universities in the Philippines when it comes to the methods and guidelines they follow, materials or equipments of their own laboratories and the professionalism of the doctors and staffs.
The major finding of the surveys showed that a large number of students usually encountered problems when it comes to delayed appointments, difficulty in the claiming the laboratory results and reception.
To pinpoint the problems of the FEU-University Health Service, the researchers used some of the tools for quality improvement such as the Affinity, Pareto and Fishbone Diagram. This are used to collect related data and
