    1.1-The two pieces of legislation that apply to my workplace are Health and Safety at Work, etc Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations. The HASAW Act provides a guideline of rules to ensure the health and safety of all employees or anyone that may be affected by any work activity.
