Dear Peter,

I am very glad to receive your letter. How are you and how are things?
As you requested, I am writing to tell you about my job.
As you know, I am a doctor at Bach Mai hospital. My hospital is in the center of Hanoi. It is rather far from my house, so I always take a bus to work. Every day I leave home at 7.00 a.m and arrive at the office at 7.45 a.m. My work starts from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. In the morning I examine patients, send them for some medical tests, give medical instructions and write out descriptions. I have one hour for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon I finish all medical files. Sometimes I have to work the night shift.
I love my job very much because I can work with and help many people.

2. The ways to keep fit and stay healthy (Benefits of doing sports) - I often get up early in the morning and do some exercise.
- I also try to keep fit and have a good health by doing sport. I choose to play badminton / football because it:
+ makes my body strong, prevent me from getting too fat and keep me healthy. + gives me valuable practice in making eyes, brain and muscles work together
- In addition, to keep fit and stay healthy I have a moderate eating habit. I often eat a lot of vegetables, fish, etc. and less meat. I drink at least 2 liters of water every day. As the doctor said staying up late is not good for our skin and our health, I always go to bed quite early, often at 10 p.am.
