Everyone has to start somewhere, everyone who’s staff on a server has once started somewhere. I’d love to be one of those people, and I’d love to start my staff experience at HCZone. Give me a chance, and I'll expand on from that chance, into an over exceptional staff member.
Why Should I be Chosen as a Trial-Mod:
Maturity - I am a very mature person, Maturity comes first before anything else, If you’re not mature, you’re not fit for the job of being a staff member, I’d love to sit in chat and help players with problems (which is very common) with also the task of punishing misbehaving players, Talking to me disrespectfully or not, I will always talk back to them maturely.
Honesty - I’m a very honest person, Telling lies will just make things worse. If I’m in a situation, I'd rather tell the truth and go through with the punishment then evade telling the truth, they’ll catch you anyhow.
Patience - I’m a very patient person, I can wait for things even if they take a year. Patience is key to being a staff member and having a good life in the outside world. Of course, I won't wait 10 minutes for a frozen player to download Teamspeak, as it's a timed process that only takes 1 …show more content…
Thus, I can always moderate the server even if staff aren’t on at the time. My activity on the server will be exceptional, therefore, I'll always be looking after the server and making sure nothing's wrong.
Spreading Hackers from Innocent - I know how to tell hackers from innocent players, Movement (speed hacks), Looking around inside a mine (X-Ray, looking for nearby ores), Head Snapping (kill aura/aimbot) are examples of what hackers would look like and do. If they seem suspicious, I would freeze them for screensharing unless they admit. Cheaters are wrong and they should be punished for what they’re doing because it’s wrong and provides an unfair advantage over other players on the server.
Being Serious - As a staff member, there is little to no time for joking around. You are a staff member, you set an example for the players and reflect upon the server. Be serious at what you do as if you don’t, people will think that staff are bad at doing their job. Be serious and mature and you’ll reflect upon the server positively. Else, people will not only think bad of you but the server.
Communication - I'll always be around on TS/in-game/forums/Slack, Therefore, I can communicate with players/staff faster and more things will get done during the
