    To overcome the barriers mentioned health care providers must form an attitude and acquire the skills that are necessary to implement quality improvement in healthcare. Once employees possess this, they are able to use the three steps discussed on how to improve. In addition, change agents, people who are needed to change the results a system produces, if they are able to work together and help improve the system, then patients and customers will have a better experience. This also can be accomplished by following the three steps to improve.
