Happiness Speech
Just because some days don’t go the way you planned. It will be better; you have to find a reason to smile. Just because you have a bad day doesn’t mean you have a bad life, and even perfect days can end in rain. We are not given a happy or sad life. We are given a life and it’s up to us to smile. I’m not standing here forcing you to be happy for your entire life; I’m just hoping this speech will have an impact on you to live your life to your fullest potential. What I’m really trying to say is enjoy your life. As we all heard many times before #YOLO, also known as you only live once; or appropriately the closest modern resemblance “Carpe Diem”. Be happy because being happy is one of the greatest feelings! So don't let one bad thing ruin your whole day. One bad thing cannot compare to the joy that you will receive in life. Live a happy life. Walk around with a big smile on your face; say ‘hi’ to completely random strangers. Go ahead eat that chocolate bar, sing out loud to your favourite song even though you can’t sing, be wild at heart, buy that new video game everyone has been talking about. Just do what makes you happy, since in those moments you just realize how happy you actually are and nothing can bring you down. You put everything negative aside and smile.

For our entire lives, we’ve been told the difference from right and wrong, but even so the idea becomes vague and subjective. Everyone has their own opinions, but in the end it should be your choice to figure out what is best for you. As long as you’re not hurting others, it really doesn’t matter what you do to make yourself happy. Being happy is a matter of enjoying what you have. Instead of letting every little bad thing that happens in your life ruin your day; you have to let every little good thing make your day. Let’s just say you bombed your exam that you had first block, you shouldn’t let that ruin your whole day for you could have an eventful lunch hour, or listen to a rap song in social
