TOUR SITE #1
• The Six Harmonies Pagoda is located on Yuelun Hill overlooking the
Qiantang river, and south of west lake (Xi Hu) and is one of the true masterpieces of ancient Chinese architectures. Originally the pagoda was built during the Northern Song Dynasty (386-581) by the ruler of the
Wuyue State, a part of which became Zhejiang Province.

TOUR SITE #2
• The largest part is known as the Outer Lake and it is bounded by the
North Inner Lake, Yuehu Lake, West Inner Lake and Lesser South Lake.
Held in the embrace of hilly peaks on three sides, this water wonderland has been an attraction for centuries and it is small wonder that it was a favourite imperial retreat. The lake and its environs have all the elements of a traditional Chinese garden but on a grand scale.

• Solitary Hill got this name because it is surrounded by water, standing solitarily in West Lake. It can also be called Solitary Island, for it is a lonely island; rather than a hill. Its other name: Plum Blossom Island, originates from the flourishing plum blossom planted on the hill.
• Solitary Hill boasts of beautiful landscapes. It is bordered by Bai
Causeway on the east, Xi Ling Bridge on the west, the Outer West Lake on the south, and the Inner West Lake on the north. Autumn Moon over the
Calm Lake, one of the ten scenes of the West Lake; is formed on the boundary of Solitary Hill and Bai Causeway. Solitary Hill is an ideal place to enjoy the beauty of West Lake.

TOUR SITE #4
• The Red Carp Pond is the heart of Viewing Fish at Flower Harbor Park
(Huagang Guanyu), one of the ten places of interests at West Lake.
Countless carps live and play in Red Carp Pond, fascinating thousands of tourists each year. Viewing Fish at Flower Harbor has developed into a large park of over 20 hectares (about 49.42 acres) made up of five scenic spots; namely, Red Carp Pond, peony park, flower harbor, lawn, and grove.
