Hamstring Muscle Case Study
Hamstring muscles are a group of powerful muscles found on the posterior part of the thigh. These muscles flex the knee and extend the hip and give much support to the knee joint and should always be checked for problems with knee, buttock and lower back problems.

In case the hamstring muscles require massage, (as they are very heavy in structure) massage will necessitate deep pressures to be effective in heavily built people and is achieved by using the elbow along the muscles, or reinforced hands, one on top of the other, applying pressure with the heel of the hand. In the event, the deep pressure treatment does not prove beneficial after a couple of treatments, then sciatic pain should be considered
