Hamburger University

McDonald is the world’s largest chain of hamburger fast food restaurant , serving people in 119 countries . Before peoples may have a good service and good products from McDonalds , which all the manager, mid-manager, and owner/operators must learn the course lesson from the Hamburger university for being a good fast food restaurant .

First of all , hamburger university is the place for training facility of McDonald’s . It was founded by Fred Turner, McDonald’s former senior chairman and Ray Kroc’s first grill man in 1961, Oak Brook, Illinois . Besides , the first class of hamburger university was 15 student graduated but today more than 5000 students attend Hamburger university each year . also class attendance has grown from an average of 10 students to more than 200 students each week . Since the business was started up , more than 80,000 restaurant managers, mid-managers and owner/operators have graduated from this course. Furthermore, training at hamburger university has emphasize in restaurant operations procedures, service, quality and cleanliness . Faculty has the ability to teach in 28 different languages , in their first month the employees must receive the 32 hours of training in lesson course . This industry-leading facility includes:
13 teaching rooms, 300-seat auditorium, 12 interactive education team rooms,
3 kitchen labs, and State-of-the-art service training labs . Besides, there are 22 regional training teams, and seven total Hamburger University campuses around the world: Oak Brook, Sydney, Munich, London, Tokyo, Brazil & Beijing. * * Conclusion, the hamburger university perform about training facilities operation procedures, service, quality, and cleanliness and there are in ability teach in 28 different languages and now also expands the campuses for 7 country . * *
