Hae Vs Adnan Religion
Thesis: Adnan’s rocky relationship with Hae versus his religion provides motive for the murder of Hae.
Introduction:
“Why do you want to hang out with them? They’re losers” is one of many tactics of abuse using isolation, according to the people of Safe Voices, a website for domestic violence. The connection of the quote to the podcast Serial by Sarah Koenig is how Hae had mentioned Adnan being angry at her about Aisha which this will come up in the next paragraph. Serial is about a boy, Adnan, who has been convicted of the murder of an ex-girlfriend named Hae Min Lee. Adnan’s rocky relationship with Hae versus his religion provides motive for the murder of the young girl.
Body 1: Relationship with Hae The outside of view of Adnan and Hae’s relationship seems pretty normal; however, those involved with them have made comments about how Adnan seems to have an obsession or a sense of possessiveness over Hae. A friend named Aisha told Sarah that Adnan was always paging her, even though he knew what she was doing, and would always invite himself to things

He’s not strictly religious, but Hae gives a different idea of that, even though Adnan claims it’s just a joke. In her journal, Hae wrote that “His religion and Muslim customs are the main things. It irks me to know that I’m against his religion. He called me a devil a few times” (Keonig, “The Breakup”). Of course Adnan says he didn’t mean it, but outsiders don’t know his intentions for sure.

Conclusion: To sum up this paper, Adnan is guilty. He obviously didn’t appreciate others being picked over him, was hiding his feelings about Hae until the truth comes out straight from her, and he had his family and religion to worry about from day one. Adnan was a very jealous guy, and didn’t care about the ways of his religion, making him a disrespectful person. That is why he is

Appeal to Ethos and Logos, Andrew Mack’s credibility remained not well-informed, sensible, or fair since he did not provide enough knowledge of Muslims and their religion, Islam. As well as, he did not strongly attest that Islam is not a violent, but peaceful religion using statistical facts. Also, he was not fair to his opposition, because he presumed that all religions exist the same, as in they are violent and not just Islam. Which made people who are Christianity, Buddhism, and other religions feel offended. Mack wrote and publish this article for his hostile audience, because some people may agree with him, and some may disagree with him.…

Adnan and Hae’s Relationship wasn't your typical relationship. Adnan was possessive and seems like he couldn't even trust Hae. Adnan was really possessive according to Emily saying “It started out with Hae being completely in love with Adnan but over time, that slowly faded. Reasons why this “love faded” include the fact that Adnan would randomly show up at a friends house when Hae was there. There were other instances where he would show up randomly, he seemed to be a clingy type of person.” Adnan was so clingy after the breakup and so heartbroken that he finally had no one left. His Religion, family and even some friends were done with him because of Hae and in his mind he had no other route than to kill Hae Lee. Adnan even loved Hae so much that he would even lie to his own mom. Sara even says that “Adnan did most of his lying to his mother. She figured out something was up pretty early on. She’d found Adnan’s crown from prom in the basement where he’d tried to stash it with his tux.(episode 2)” Adnan lied to his mom so he could date this girl. That is not normal at all and this shows that he was trying to keep stuff from his parents and probably not the only thing Adnan has kept from them. Once he realized after Hae broke up with him that he was so foolish that a girl came between him and his family. Adnan at this point couldn't let go of the fact of how stupid he was until he had successfully killed…

However, it was his son Amenhophis IV who would be the one to accomplish this, and in the process would exercise more control over the destiny of the elite than any earlier pharaoh.
