If you plan on losing weight the right way, we have a few workout ideas for you. The following workouts will help you burn a lot of calories in short intervals, but they will also help you tone your skin and gain some lean muscles, so that you don't end up with loose skin, cellulite and stretch marks. Needless to say, for the best results, the workouts should be paired with a healthy diet, and it wouldn't hurt if you also did some toning massages from time to time.     For some, daily exercise is no big deal. If you were to live on a farm and had to get up at 4 A.M. to start your chores: milk the cows, feed the horses and clean the hog pen you would have plenty of work.
