It is very important be healthy and keep your body fit. Being healthy actually means a lot to me. I try my best to keep my body healthy. Not many people take their body seriously and they think it’s a joke. However, keeping your body healthy is very important.
There are many ways that I keep my body healthy. One way I keep my body healthy is by eating healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits. Honestly I don’t always eat healthy foods; there are always times when I just eat junk food. I think that’s just because I’m a teenager and that’s what most teenagers eat. However, I can’t blame being a teenager for not eating healthy all the time.
Another way I keep my body healthy is by being active. I love to walk and it also keeps my body healthy. I try to be active for about 10-15 minutes every day so I can keep my body healthy. I consider myself healthy but at the same time not healthy. I say this because I’m on and off with keeping my body healthy. There are times when I always eat junk food. However, there are times when I actually eat healthy foods. So I can’t say I’m a hundred percent healthy because I’m not consistent with it. Expectations I have for myself during physical education is to work to the best of my ability. I will try my best to exercise and participate as much as I can during physical education. An expectation I have for you as my physical education teacher is to motivate me. Motivating me will help me work better and do better. This will help improve my physical education grade. When I am active I spend time with my mother because she is a really active person. I have many activities that I enjoy. For example I enjoy playing a lot of sports. Some activities that I want to try are skiing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, rugby and so much more.
