The commonly debated topic of gun control has been around for some time now, with the issue ranging from the second amendment to laws being enforced now days, all the way to the higher up's opinion. As there's an issue towards gun control and ownership, its something the government has seen from 1789 when the decision of the second amendment came into place; and was not passed until later the year of 1791. Due to 4 states that had proposed something very similar to the, now day, second amendment.
