Gruddz are mean, hairy, snarly creatures with great big teeth and giant scary eyes. They live in the deepest darkest part of the forest. Nicky had been dared to sneak into their camp and steal the recipe for their magic invisibility potion. The gruddz had been using this potion for many years to sneak in and out of villages

‘Great!’ Yelled Liam ‘Now we can’t see him. How are we going to carry him out of here if we can’t even find him?’
‘Hahahaha, well I guess I didn’t really think this one through.’ Nicky laughed seeing the humour in what had just happened.
‘We don’t know how long the effects of the potion will last so let’s just drink some, find the old man and get out of here.’ Liam said as he picked the wooden spoon up off the floor and gave each of them some of the potion. They too became invisible within seconds.

I pulled my beanie securely on my head as I crouched down on a sturdy tree branch. My hunting knife reflected the dim light of the moon. It glinted letting my prey know I was there. "Yeah, I love a good chase!" I jumped from branch to branch as I chase my target. His brown hair was starting to gray but he ran pretty good for someone in their late forties. His chest heavily moved with his ragged breaths. I slowly approached him as I pulled my hunting knife back out. "Let play," I said in a deadpan tone. My eyes lost their light as I stared down at him.…
