They have seventy-five different varieties of high-quality coffee beans. 6.Green Mountain has an ambitious goal to increase sales at an annual rate of 20 to 25 percent. 7.Green Mountain has flat organizational structure with 676 people which promote open communication. 8.They use a process called “after-action review.” The goal of the review is to answer four key questions: -What did we set to do?
