“The first step in the ‘process’ is to decide which steps in the process to follow, and how.”

Pre-Planning and Planning | Execute and composing the process | Reviewing, Editing, and Proofreading | Before planning your message to the audience you should first find out what they really want, or what you can offer them and the reasons it would benefit them. It is a very common process to have to revise several times and allowing you to know this will limit the stress on yourself. Instead of scheduling a full day for this allow yourself to do it in smaller junctions and focus on the goals you are setting fourth for the audience. Find a back up plan, and then a back up plan for that back up plan. Lastly don’t worry about mistakes they will be corrected when revising. | You should find a schedule that is fitting for having your full attention and being able to manage your time effectively to get the best results. You should be brainstorming, Planning, and Organizing your Business Document. This will also be a time consuming part of the process. You should spend all of the time you have scheduled for planning and organizing before even laying out your document in words. You should also analyze the audience you have to make it more personal for them. Gather information and different facts will be helpful in your document while making you case. Free writing is a great way to allow your thoughts just come to life and let them flow out of you. You should only promise what you can deliver as well. | When you are revising the document and trying to find what your audience is seeking expect to put time and effort in it. You want to satisfy and fulfill your audience’s needs with your purposes. Having grammar errors is very common and it is a very small task that could make the entire difference in the document. You should look for punctuation
